The hotel's location is very convenient, with many of the main attractions just a short walk away in the Old Quarter. the staff is friendly and service-minded, always making sure that guests have everything they need. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft and luxurious beds. the hotel provides helpful tips and assistance for arranging taxis, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
There were some issues with the staff's communication and organization, which resulted in the room not being available upon arrival.

Great room and good views from balcony. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Location was convenient and near local transportation and food options.
The hotel overbooked and we were given a smaller room than we had reserved. the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked and the music in the lobby was too loud.
